Hi! My name is Tania Burton and I will be your child's teacher this year. I thought since most parents/guardians do not know me , that I would share some information about myself.
I am from Plains and currently reside there . I have a Basset Hound named Daisey. I attended all of my schooling in Wilkes Barre Area School District. I graduated from Coughlin High School in 2004. A year after I graduated high school, I started college. I completed my first two years at Luzerne County Community College where I recieved an Associates Degree in Elementary Education. I finished my last two years at Bloomsburg University where I recieved a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Educational Technology. I have known very early on that I wanted to become a teacher. I have plenty of experience with a variety of different age groups.
I will do everything I can do make this a pleasant year for all involved. Thank you and hope to see you soon!
